  • Coaching Executives and Managers – Wiley Leadership Approach Assessment

    The Wiley Leadership Approach Assessment is a reliable, validated assessment, and available English, Spanish, Italian and German languages.
    The Wiley Leadership Approach Assessment is completed on-line by the executive. It is an un-timed assessment and one that provides insight into the cognitive capabilities of the executive, including a review of his/her core behavioral traits, those behaviors that are typically observed in the workplace.
    It provides a description of the Leadership Approach utilized by the executive for each item measured, including the Strengths and Challenges likely encountered by the executive given the unique assessment results of the executive.
    The last section of the Wiley Leadership Approach Assessment is called Components of Leadership Success. The descriptions in this section are based solely on the Executive’s unique results in the Behavioral Traits section of the assessment.
