Simple. Human. Smart.

Gregory E. Mayo, Human Resource Solutions, Inc. President, is an Employee Selection, Retention, and Development Specialist, Leadership Development Consultant and Trainer. He has over 25 years experience working with organizations in the areas of employee assessments for hiring, evaluation, and professional development, innovative problem solving, leadership development training, and employee performance evaluation.

He also works with organizations to improve their employee promotion processes, reducing their employee turnover, professional development for leaders, effective sales techniques, and employee team development.

His leadership and training career include field and corporate positions with Fortune 500 Companies Tenneco Automotive (Monroe Auto Equipment Division), PepsiCo (Frito-Lay Division) and Profiles International/A Wiley Brand (current).

Greg is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg, Virginia. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
