Kirk A. Young, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a 32 year business veteran, who served in 9 progressing HR and management roles with Safelite AutoGlass, Unilever and Ernst & Young Consulting before starting Job Match Assessment, Inc. in 2002. JobMatch now serves over 270 organizations in North America.

Kirk helps you improve your interviewing, enhance employee performance and lower turnover. He is an experienced job analyst and technician with HR leadership experience. He brings expertise in recruiting, labor relations, engaging talent, succession planning and leadership assessment.

Mr. Young has an MBA from St. Louis University and a BS Psychology from Emporia State University. He serves as an adjunct professor in the business school at Avila University.
