Roger L. Harris is the founder and owner of TABIC (Talent Assessment
and Business Improvement Consulting).

Roger is a former Adjunct Professor of Management
at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where he taught
courses in Group Dynamics, Organization Development and Change Management, and The Management of Training and Development.

He is a member of The Society for Human
Resources Management (SHRM); The American Society for Training and
Development (ATD);
The American Society for Quality (ASQ);
The Society for Manufacturing Engineering (SME); The International Coaches Federation;
The Seattle Chamber of Commerce.

Roger has a Bachelor’s degree from Regis University in Denver Colorado, and did graduate study in Business Administration at George Washington U, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
He completed numerous courses in Organization Design, Human Resources and Leadership Development.
He completed two four-week Harvard University Executive MBA programs in General Management and Marketing.
