Advanced Management, Inc. (AMI) was founded in 1988 by Dr. Stacy Myers to provide services to make business and manufacturing processes more profitable by managing a company’s human resources more effectively. AMI has implemented numerous Organizational Development interventions in several industrial and business settings. AMI has worked with senior management to facilitate strategic thinking and operational planning, installed selection systems, succession planning systems, organization climate surveys, and have access to systems that enhance the structural integrity and organization effectiveness for our clients.     Two factors underscore the importance of giving key employees interviewing skills. First, the high cost of making the wrong selection and second, the increased demand for more employees (team members) to be active in the selection process.

    Selection for Success provides an understanding of a generic selection process and the role the interview plays in the selection of the appropriate candidates for the organization. Participants will hone interviewing skills through participation in practice interview sessions.
