Ed Jakub founded Assess4theBest and has more than thirteen years of experience working with organizations to provide results-driven training, development and assessment solutions. He is focused on uncovering an organization's needs and developing solutions that align to business goals.

Ed has over twelve years experience supporting and developing state-of-the-art software solutions in the high technology sector. He has significant experience leading multi-functional teams towards successful project completion. He has managed all phases of software development including project specification, implementation, quality assurance and documentation. For over ten years, he has been coaching and leading teams, problem solving, encouraging process and promoting efficient administration. He also has three years of experience providing labour relations research and consulting services to management in the education sector. This diverse experience gives Ed a solid understanding of the business challenges that organizations face.
