BrookHR LLC was established in 2012 by Jim Thompson. With over 35 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management, Jim has the breadth of knowledge necessary to understand your business challenges and create targeted solutions.

Jim has served at all levels of HR management, including Vice President of HR for a 1,500 employee manufacturing company, Director of HR Operations for North America with over 100 plants and 20,000 employees, and ten years of plant-level HR management in both union and non-union facilities. His expertise includes manpower planning, recruiting, performance management, benefits and compensation, labor relations, and union avoidance.

The PXT Select tools provide an effective basis for improving hiring, development, and retention processes that is logical, intuitive, and can be effectively used without the need for interpretation by industrial psychologist. We are excited about the positive changes that the Wiley organization has made, taking a well-respected and valuable assessment platform and significantly improve how it serves our customers.
