CEG's CEO Chad Heiser has started six successful companies. The flagship of those companies: CEG Assessments has been ranked as one of the fastest growing companies owned or operated by an LSU graduate four years. Chad attributes his successes to his people. We believe in putting the needs and interests of others ahead of our own personal or company needs and interests. This is the core value allowing CEG to change our industry and our world for the better. Chad is a Certified Everything DiSC trainer, a PXT Select Certified Professional, and an Authorized Partner for the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. In his free time, Chad, his wife Sarah, and son AJ, love AJ's baseball tournaments, traveling "adventuring" together, SCUBA diving, LSU sports, boating, and fishing.
