About Us

Dana Ly

Dana Ly is a Career Coach and Training and Learning Professional. He has completed his formal education in Adult Education at the University of Toronto and in Psychology at York University. He has completed over 5 years in coaching/training adults in career counselling, personal and leadership development.

His psychometric tools (including the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, and DiSC) are designed to surface unique personality preferences and help people to understand what their gifts are, and what makes them different to others. By highlighting an individual’s strengths and areas for development, they enable people to improve interpersonal relationships, build resilience and become more effective at work and in their personal life.
