Patricia Darke, Registered Corporate Coach™ has passion for the work that she does. This clearly comes through when her clients achieve measureable outcomes that are a result of their work together. With a background in sales leadership, human resources and executive management, Patricia brings a critical cross section of essential skills, knowledge and experience to individuals, teams and organizations.

A recognized Award Winner within the Wiley family of leadership tool and training, Patricia is results focused, process driven and has a bias for action. She believes firmly that “as goes the leader, so goes the organization” and will engage with leaders at each level of the organization to create positive, sustainable change.

Patricia has worked with selection tools for over 20 years and is regarded as a subject matter expert. She is certified in each of the Wiley tools and is a Strategic Business partner for PXT Select®, Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and Profiles International®. She holds additional certifications in Predictive Index® and Mindshop®.
