We are Gallagher Human Resources & Compensation Consulting – a select team of highly experienced Human Resources consultants located throughout the US and Canada.   • New Leader Assimilation

    The goal for this New Leader Assimilation session is to create a positive and productive foundation for the new manager and their team of new and existing direct reports. It will also provide the new leader with important team feedback that will allow them to gain quicker team alignment and self-confidence in jump-starting her leadership success with the team and the organization.
    The New Leader Assimilation is a quick, non-threatening way to get answers to important questions and to openly address concerns the team may have about their leader and/or the team. It’s an interactive, facilitated process that accelerates learning, enhances early bonding and energizes the team. It provides a venue for validating information, correcting assumptions thought to be true, and expanding on accurate information that needs elaboration.
    We help leaders discover how they can work more effectively with their employees and also helps define and address the current team’s dynamics and strengths.

    Developed from a study of the current state, which can include interviews and a survey of key roles and the competencies required to be successful at your organization, we can develop a customized recruitment and selection process for your organization. We will create a roadmap that will illustrate the key skills and competencies required for a typical role along with the methodology and tool(s) by which you can assess a candidate’s fit to the requirements.
