Karen Kehr & Chuck Bower, Partners of Hawthorne Services, LLC

Chuck Bower transforms leaders and organizations with coaching, leadership development, and recruiting and selection solutions. He serves clients to help them achieve greater success, growth and ROI. Chuck does his best work when clients are open to constructive feedback; are results-oriented; and are supportive of their community. His background includes over 30 years’ experience in business management, technology and accounting, most recently as a VP of IT & Chief Information Officer.

Chuck is a member of the International Coach Federation, SHRM and MHRA. He is certified in the Profile XT™ and CheckPoint 360™ solutions. He is a past board member for the Elkhart County Red Cross and the Indiana University South Bend MS-MIT advisory board. Chuck graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and is a grad of the Coach U CEG program, accredited by the International Coach Federation.

Karen Kehr has over 25 years of experience with diverse clientele, from corporate executives to self-employed entrepreneurs. She transforms organizations, improving their talent management through coaching, family business planning, leadership development, and strategic planning. Across her career, Karen has created innovative new training delivery systems that improved quality and customer satisfaction while reducing turnover.

Karen has earned a Certificate in Family Business Advising, and is a frequent speaker for Renaissance Executive Forums. She holds a graduate degree in counseling and human services and a degree in education.
