Fifteen-years ago he developed a selection system for a Fortune 200 company that is still being used to this date which develops and monitors high performance work systems in order to increase performance, productivity and bottom-line profits.Throughout his career, Dr. Clark has also provided pre-employment assessments and fitness for duty evaluations for various security and law enforcement agencies. Consulting for the North Dakota Board of Nursing, he designed and implemented a workforce planning study entitled Nursing Manpower that was placed in the Library of Congress and considered instrumental in raising the educational requirements for entry into the state’s nursing practice.
