PXT Select is a multiple-choice, online assessment that measures the candidate’s cognitiveabilities, behavioral traits, and interests. To take the assessment, candidates receive an emailinvitation with a link that directs them to the online Assessment Center. Once there, they willbe given instructions on how to proceed. The PXT SelectTM assessment is based on over 20 years of research and can provideorganizations with a fuller picture of candidates. It provides the hiring manager with insightinto a candidate’s cognitive abilities, behavioral traits, and interests, including tips about thecandidate’s potential job fit and relevant job-specific interview questions.In order to maximize the assessment’s precision with the fewest number of questions, the PXTSelect assessment uses computerized adaptive testing (CAT).
