Founded in 1989 to serve the development needs of professional salespeople in the Global 100. The company has grown to include coaching, consulting and training for a wide range of companies.

We have over 30 years of experience helping our clients use assessment tools effectively and legally. Our clients look to us to provide tools for Pre-Employement, Talent Management and Sales and Leadership development.

The PeopleSavvy team is made up of professionals with backgrounds n organizational and applied psychology, human resources, education, coaching, consulting and online learning.

Jennifer Cayer, M.A. is the CEO of PeopleSavvy. she has over 30 years of corporate experience in domestic and international Human Resources Development, where she has been involved in Sales, Sales Management, Leadership and Organization Development. Jennifer has written numerous articles for professional publications and is affiliated with a number of professional associations, including SHRM, ODN, and NEHRA.

Jennifer designed PeopleSavvy's FAST-Q onboarding program which helps sales organizations Hire Right, Onboard Right and Coach Right, allowing a company to fast track a sales professional to sustainable quota.

Gregory Stebbins, Ed.D. is the Founder of PeopleSavvy. Dr. Stebbins senior business leadership experience is combined with his in-depth understanding of the complex human dynamics found in a working environment. Dr. Stebbins is a member of the Consulting Psychologist division of the American Psychological Association.

Dr. Stebbins has been using pre-employment assessments in the hiring process for over 35 years. He has helped his clients effectively assess over 20,000 professionals.
