Ron Witcher worked with E.I. Du Pont De Nemours & Co ( a Fortune Ten Company) for 23 years in various capacities, including strategic planning, engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing and procurement. As Supply Chain Manager – Procurement Functional Excellence, he directed a group of business leaders in developing Du Pont’s Strategic Corporate procurement plan involving $20 Billion in annual expenses . He received numerous awards for outstanding leadership in leading the organization through change and the Quality Process, including the Vice President’s Quality Leadership Award. Ron has a Certified Sales Executive Certification ( CSE) from The Accreditation Institute of Sales and Marketing Executives International with CSE certification and was the former President of the Richmond Independent Consultants. He holds Bachelor Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and was a member of Alpha Phi Mu, a national honorary society.
