Jim Esmond, President of Quest Information Services

At Quest Information Services our mission is simple - to help clients reduce costs and increase profits by unlocking the full potential of their employees. We help clients uncover the information they need to hire the right people, put them in the right jobs and effectively coach, manage, develop and motivate them for optimum performance. We begin working with our clients by spending the time necessary to fully understand their people issues, how those issues are affecting their business performance and their short- and long-range objectives. Our belief is that before we can prescribe a cure we need to first diagnose the problem.

Jim Esmond founded the company in 1995 following 19 years with GTE Corporation where he served in a variety of human resource management positions. In addition to his duties at Quest, Jim is an active member of the Lakeland Rotary Club and the Mid-Florida Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management which named him the chapter’s “HR Professional of the Year” in 2001. He earned the designation Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from the American Compensation Association and was awarded the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification by the Society for Human Resource Management.
