Randy serves as Principal Consultant for the Synerlogic Consulting Group, working closely with a network of independent professional advisors and executives who share a commitment to listen deeply, put client interests first, consistently deliver on promises and shared commitments, and provide disciplined, objective, forward-looking advice.

Randy’s consulting work focuses on strategic planning, board governance and training, leadership development, executive hiring and coaching, executive compensation, team building and worker engagement, philanthropy, digital inclusion, active listening, creative dialogue, conflict resolution, and other aspects of organizational development.

Separate from his consulting work, Randy maintains an active law practice, advising and representing clients on business and tax law matters relating to organizational development, including business formations, joint ventures, corporate governance, bylaws, legal duties of officers and directors, business taxation, and the unique tax and business law issues of foundations, associations, charities, and other nonprofit organizations.
