Steve Martins, founder of Workplace T&D likes to refer to himself as Chief Learning Officer because he is committed to being a lifelong learner. Every client, student, family member, and colleague is a teacher to him. He, in turn, offers his gifts as a teacher to help others live out their highest calling and potential.

His career titles have included Pastor, Manager, Instructor, Leadership Development Coach and Instructional Designer. You can see that Steve is all about connecting with and strengthening the performance of other people so they can live with their best foot forward.
