Introduction to the Profiles Assessment Center (PAC)

This video is an introduction to navigation and basic configuration of the Profiles Assessment Center (PAC). From this training, you will also understand meter consumption, consumption reporting, and where to find the many training resources within PAC. Additionally, you will learn how to grant PAC access to your PXT Select^™ Product Provider so they can provide ongoing implementation and account support.

PAC/PSC User Roles

In this video, users will learn about user roles in the Profiles Assessment Center and Profiles Survey Center. Roles determine the level of access that a specific user has. The video will walk through assigning roles to users, changing the permissions that are set for a role, and adding new roles.

Issuing a Grant

In this video, users will learn how to issue their PXT Select servicer a grant into their Profiles Assessment Center or Profiles Survey Center to allow the servicer to act in their account.

Configuring Email Templates

In this video, users will learn how to edit their email templates for all assessment-related notifications. The video will walk through making copies of templates to create new versions and how to edit any of your existing templates.

Adding a Library Performance Model to Your Assessment Center

In this video, users will learn how to take a Performance Model from our Performance Model Library and add it to the assessment center. This video will explain the steps for selecting a specific Library Performance Model, adding it to your site, and activating it for use. This module also covers how to locate and view the Performance Model within your assessment center after activation.

Converting Performance Models

In this video, users will learn which performance models can be converted. The video will also walk through the steps the user will need to take in order to convert their performance model.

Scheduling by Assessment

In this video, users will learn how to schedule candidates using one of the three methods of scheduling: Schedule by Assessment. This method allows scheduling of up to 500 candidates for the same position. Using this method, users complete a workflow for each instance, and the system emails personalized assessment invitations to each candidate. Users will also learn how to attach reports to the workflow that are auto-delivered to specified recipients when the candidate completes the assessment.

Creating Scheduling Templates

In this video, users will learn how to create a scheduling template in their Profiles Assessment Center. Scheduling templates allow you to create a saved workflow for scheduling scenarios that occur frequently.

Scheduling by Scheduling Template

This video will demonstrate the second of the three methods of scheduling: Schedule by Scheduling Template. This method allows users to schedule up to 500 candidates by using a saved workflow. This efficient method allows you to pre-select options that will be the same for future scheduling scenarios.

Scheduling by Self-Registration

This video will teach users how to schedule using the third method: Schedule by Self-Registration. Self-Registration is an option for scheduling a large volume of assessments. Rather than entering each candidate's name, email address, and selecting scheduling options for each scenario, self-registration allows users to send candidates a generic link. The candidates will enter their own information, thus registering themselves for the assessment, and complete the assessment via the pre-determined workflow.

Converting Assessment Results: PXT Select to PXT Select Non-Cognitive

In this video, users will learn how to convert a candidate's PXT Select results to PXT Select Non-Cognitive results. The video will walk through the steps a user will need to take in order to convert the results.

In this video, users will learn how to convert a candidate's PXT Select Non-Cognitive results to PXT Select results. The video will walk through the steps a user will need to take to schedule a candidate to complete the Thinking Style portion of the assessment.

Upgrading Assessment Results: PXT/PSA to PXT Select

In this video, users will learn how to upgrade a candidate's ProfileXT^® or Profiles Sales Assessment results to PXT Select results. The video will talk about the PXT Select Upgrade Program and the steps a user will need to take in order to schedule a candidate for the PXT Select upgrade "mini-assessment."

Managing Candidates & Reporting

This video will guide users in managing candidates and generating downloadable reports in the PAC. Within the candidate view, the system allows for configuration and advanced searches. With these features, you are able to gain specificity and granularity in the information that is displayed in your candidate list. From this training, you will also learn how to access detailed information about each candidate, such as when the assessment was scheduled, started, and completed and how to edit or cancel candidate scheduling. Although the PAC encompasses features to automatically email reports after completion of the assessments, this video will also demonstrate how to generate on-demand reports.

PXT Select^™ Team Report

In this video, users will learn about the PXT Select^™ Team Report. The video will talk through some of the different ways that organizations can use the Team Report, and will also walk through the steps a user will need to take to generate the report within their Profiles Assessment Center.

PXT Select^™ Leadership Report

In this video, users will learn about the PXT Select^™ Leadership Report. The video will talk through some of the different ways that organizations can use the Leadership Report, and will also walk through the steps a user will need to take to generate the report within their Profiles Assessment Center.

PXT Select^™ Manager-Employee Report

In this video, users will learn about PXT Select^™ Manager-Employee Report. The video will talk through some of the different ways that organizations can use the Manager-Employee Report, and will also walk through the steps a user will need to take to generate the report within their Profiles Assessment Center.

In this video, users will learn how to generate a PXT Select^™ Multiple Candidates Report and Multiple Positions Report within their Profiles Assessment Center.

Company Service Perspective

In this video, users will learn about the Company Service Perspective. The video will talk about what the Company Service Perspective is and how it's used. It will also walk users through the steps to access the Perspective questionnaire, input the answers into the system once the questionnaire is complete, and update the Perspective if needed.

Scheduling a Checkpoint 360°™ Survey

In this Profiles Survey Center video, viewers will learn how to schedule a Checkpoint 360™ survey from start to finish. This module will detail each step of the scheduling process, as well as how to create new respondents, include existing respondents, and how to place each respondent into their respective categories. Viewers will learn more in-depth knowledge regarding scheduling parameters, and also learn when a Checkpoint 360 Meter is used.

Processing a Survey and Generating Reports

In this video, users will learn how to process and generate reporting for a completed Checkpoint 360 survey. This video will explain the steps, as well as the requirements that need to be met to process the survey. The video will then explain how to generate reporting for the processed survey, as well as how to generate a Comparison Report if you have received feedback on the same Self twice.

Removing, Adding and Altering Checkpoint 360 Respondents

In this video, users will learn how to remove, add, or modify respondents on a Checkpoint 360 survey.
